Week in Review: Residents Unveil Memorial For Mayor, Gas Services Restored to Newark Memorial

David Smith’s time as mayor is nearing its end. Newark residents and city leaders gathered one week before his last day to participate in the at Lakeshore Park Thursday. During the ceremony, Smith said he is thankful to all Newark residents and is proud of the collaborative spirit of the city.
