Our Paper Place To Close Newark Shop

The scrapbook shop first opened in Newark in November 2010.

After a little more than two years of operation, Newark’s go-to shop for scrapbookers is closing its doors, according to the shop’s Facebook page and co-founder Gloria Kee.

Our Paper Place is closing but its final date of operation is unknown, Kee said.

Numerous items are on sale, with sales ranging from 40 percent to 60 percent off, according to the Our Paper Place Facebook page.

And customers have expressed sadness about the store’s upcoming closure on Facebook.

“I will miss your store… so sorry that you are closing your doors. Nice shops like yours are hard to come by,” wrote Mali Colas on Facebook.
