NewPark Street Eats Dinner Menu: Oct. 17

Here's the list of the gourmet food trucks rolling into town Oct. 17 as part of Newark's NewPark Street Eats. Dinner service will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the parking lot of . The gourmet trucks that attend are subject to change.

Gourmet Rockstars

• Get the party started on this truck where they serve up rockin’ hamburgers and sandwiches. Try a Mac and Cheesy – a twist to a good ol’ grilled cheese – or a Olympus hamburger, topped with feta cheese. Don’t forget the fries. They have Cajun, garlic and sea salt.

• O Mi Ninja is known for serving up Vietnamese street food, from sandwiches to vermicelli treats and shrimp chips. Order the ninja and they throw an egg in the sandwich.

• Cupcakes — yummy, specialty cupcakes — the stars of this gourmet truck. Flavors range from Salted Caramel to Red Velvet. They also bake up whoopie pies.
