Jazzercise Instructor Receives Platinum Award

Newark, California -- Jazzercise, the world’s leading dance fitness program, recently honored local instructor Laurie Baptista with the coveted Platinum President’s Club Award at the Spring Franchisee Conference on March 9, 2013. 

At Platinum status, Baptista represents the top 33 percent of all Jazzercise franchisees worldwide, having earned gross revenues of $78,750 or more in the past year.

“The President’s Club is an innovative rebate program Jazzercise instituted in 1994 to incentivize franchisees and reward outstanding performance by giving them money back,” said Jazzercise Founder and CEO Judi Sheppard Missett.  “To date, Jazzercise, Inc. has rewarded more than $24 million to its franchisees, and we hope this number continues to grow.”

Baptista’s sales contributed to Jazzercise, Inc.’s record $100 million in systemwide sales in 2011-2012.  Additionally, Jazzercise danced into the top 20 on Entrepreneur Magazine’s prestigious Franchise 500 list for 2012.
