What Should Go Here? Balentine Plaza

There are several empty stores at Balentine Plaza and we would like to know what you would like to see here.

Balentine Plaza is off the Stevenson Blvd. exit and 880.  The largest tenants there are FoodMaxx and Chandni.

This is an older shopping center but has a pretty wide variety of businesses from TOGO’s, iPizza, a UPS Store, Penny Donuts, Manna (Korean), Faisal Market, to name a few.

I’m not local to Newark but learned Newark Memorial High School is very close by and there are many homes, condos and apartments nearby.  There are also many technology companies on Stevenson Blvd.

It would be great to hear from people who live, work, or go to school nearby and figure out exactly what they want.  What types of restaurants, eateries, shops, or activities they would like to see here.  You can also suggest broader things as well.  If you think the plaza needs a new coat of paint, wider parking spaces, etc.
