Fremont police arrested a Union City man Friday, after the parent of a high school student reported that 66-year-old teacher had touched a student inappropriately.
The man was arrested and cited with three misdemeanor charges of annoying or molesting a child. He was released and is expected in court on Nov. 1. Police are still investigating the case.
