Erin Springsteen, Neighbor

I am a freshman at UCSC, but I have been a citizen of the City of Newark for my entire life. I have enjoyed working on publishing the highschool yearbook for Newark Memorial High as a member of the staff for my entire highschool career.I started off as a staff writer my sophomore year, and eventually worked my way up to Co Editor in Chief.

I have enjoyed freelancing for the Newark Patch, as it gives me another opportunity to explore my interest in journalism, and the possibility of making it my career in the future.
