Newark Memorial High's boys basketball team will try to secure another Mission Valley Athletic League title when it hosts James Logan High tonight.
The game begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Newark Memorial gym.
Logan High's team has its work cut out for them.

Newark Memorial is 19-4 overall and 9-0 in league play. The defending champions have won 13 in a row, including a 65-46 victory at Logan High on Jan. 18.
The Colts are 11-12 overall but sport an 8-1 league record. They've won five in a row.

On Thursday night, the Logan High girls team defeated Newark, 42-34. The Colts are now 18-7 overall and lead the MVAL with a 10-1 league record.
Newark Memorial is 12-12 with a 5-5 league record.
