Another NALL Team Crowned Champs

The team will play in the California Section 3 9-10 All-Star Tournament

Newark American Little League — All-Star Tournaments have concluded in Little League Baseball's California District 14 as the 9-10 All-Star Tournament Champion was crowned.

The game, played at Patterson Elementary School, home of Centerville National Little League (CNLL), showcased Mission San Jose Little League (MSJLL) coming out of the elimination bracket and Newark American Little League (NALL) no. 1 who came through the winner's bracket undefeated.

While MSJLL gave it a total team effort, it was NALL that pulled out the win, with a 9-5 score to claim the California District 14 9-10 All-Star Championship.

NALL no. 1 will now represent California District 14 in the California Section 3 9-10 All-Star Tournament in San Ramon.

The Section 3 9-10 All-Star Tournament is being hosted by California District 57.

D14/NALL no. 1 will open their first game Saturday, July 16, at 2 p.m. against California District 67.

The tournament will have representatives from the five member districts from the section: California District 67 (Central Valley between Stockton and Modesto), California District 57 (Tri-Valley area of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties), California District 45 (Hayward in the East Bay, from San Leandro in the north to Union City in the south) and California District 52 (mid-peninsula area south of San Francisco) and California District 14 (Fremont-Newark).
