When Does School Start in Newark?

In less than a month, summer break will be over and students will head back to school.
Here is a list of when classes begin at Newark schools and links to each school's 2013-14 school calendar:
Newark Unified School District: Aug. 26
Challenger School Newark (Preschool to Kindergarten): Aug. 26 and 27 (depending on weekday schedule)St. Edward Catholic School: Aug. 21
