Newark Police to 'Bag for Bucks' At FoodMaxx
To be held Friday, June 14, the event will help raise funds for the Special Olympics.

Who – Newark Police Department Personnel
What – Uniformed Police personnel will serve as “Celebrity baggers”
Where –FoodMaxx, located at 39966 Cedar Boulevard in the City of Newark (corner of Cedar Boulevard and Stevenson Boulevard)
When – Friday, June 14, 2013 between the hours of 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Why – To help raise awareness as well as accept donations for Special Olympics.
Police officers and other representatives of the Newark Police Department will be volunteering their time to assist customers with their groceries and help raise money for Special Olympics Northern California at this fundraising event.
