Best suited for administrative assistants and project managers, this workshop shows you how to restructure your emails for faster action and response.

Click here to sign up with Castro Valley Adult and Career Education.

If emails are part of your daily work (and especially if you write to executives), this workshop can help you develop a reputation for adding value without wasting anyone’s time.

We’ll discuss “the four email personality types” and how to write one email that works for all.

We’ll cover two ways to write catchy yet respectful subject lines and how to politely “boss around” your boss in a way that he or she will appreciate.

The teacher for this class, Lauren Edwards, is an experienced corporate trainer whose client list includes Intel, Yahoo and Google, as well as high-technology PR agencies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
