Video Blog: Festival Draws in More than 350,000
A video blog by Newark resident and Ohlone Community College Professor Rick Arellano featuring the Fremont Festival of the Arts.
The Fremont Festival of the Arts celebrated 28 years of fun and entertainment on Saturday and Sunday August 6 and 7 in nearby Fremont.
The Festival included a wide variety of participants, activities and entertainment such as a "Kid City," music, artists, Gourmet Marketplace, wine garden, business alley, food, wine, beer, margaritas and more.
Approximately 360,000 people attended the Festival; this festival is one of the largest street fair west of the Mississippi River, according to the festival's website.
