Most Expensive and Least Expensive Homes in Newark

A house on Pebble Beach Avenue is going for $650,000, but you can certainly find something less expensive

One of the most expensive homes for sale right now in Newark has been on the market for more than a year and a half.

The 1,950-square-foot house is at 8278 Pebble Beach Avenue. The four bedroom, three bathroom home is listed at just under $650,000.

The least expensive Newark home on the AOL real estate page is a condominium at 6466 Buena Vista Drive. The 1,050-square-foot foot unit with one bedroom and one bathroom is listed at $210,000.
