Congressman Mike Honda joined Congressman Pete Stark as co-sponsors of Ron Paul & Barney Frank's bill - HR2306: Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act 2011. Although this effort failed to garner enough support for passage it shows that Mike is an ardent supporter of medical marijuana & patient's rights. Assemblyman Bob Wieckowski is not only is a vocal advocate for medical marijuana,he also favors legalization. These men represent the wishes & needs of their constituents, unlike the callous & clueless elected officials who continue to obstruct "safe & legal access" (dispensaries) at the local level. The most recent polling shows 78% of Californians support medical marijuana & legalization is favored 54% to 36% with 10% undecided. Any Democrat who opposes medical marijuana or attempts to inhibit our access to it in defiance of state law does so at their own political peril.

you have been grazing in the weed patch again. I oppose marijuana, tobacco or any other plant that is smoked and ruins a persons lungs.

Marijuana doesn't cause lung disease,COPD or a single death ever, while tobacco kills 480,000 Americans every year ! As an anti-marijuana zealot (read his previous posts) your lies fool no one & "King Bob" as you refer to him certainly doesn't need your vote to win by a huge margin in November !
