Don't Forget! Property Taxes Deadline is this Weekend

The deadline for the semi-annual tax is April 10.

If you want to avoid a late fee on your property tax bill this spring, you better have the envelope in the mail on Saturday.

The deadline for the semi-annual tax is April 10. However, this year that date falls on a Sunday, so any letters dropped off on that day will probably get an April 11 postmark.

The taxes are collected by the Alameda County Treasurer-Tax Collector's office.
