UPDATE: No Sign of Missing Teen on Gas Station Video Surveillance

A woman thought she saw missing teen Sierra LaMar outside a Watsonville fruit stand on Sunday.

A possible lead in the disappearance of a 15-year-old Morgan Hill girl has proven difficult to track, the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office reported Monday afternoon.

Deputies reviewed surveillance tapes from a gas station located across the street from a fruit stand where the woman said she saw Sierra hitchhiking but didn't come away with any new information, according to sheriff's Sgt. Steve Carney.
