Two Injured in FedEx Truck Accident

A FedEx delivery truck collided with a vehicle in Newark Tuesday night, sending two to the hospital.

At 7:22 p.m. on December 17, Alameda County Fire Department and Newark Police dispatched emergency personnel to the intersection of Willow and Enterprise Drive. 

A witness to the accident said the fed ex worker was lying in the street while paramedics tended to him.   

Two people were injured in the accident and transported to local hospitals, according to an Alameda County Fire Department spokesperson. They are expected to survive.
