Solo Car Crash into Power Pole Knocks Out Power to 3200 Newark Customers

PG&E crews are working restore the power, according to Newark Police.

PG&E is reporting on their outage map that 3200 Newark customers are without power after a car crashed into a power pole this afternoon.

The outage started at 12:14 p.m. and will be restored by 3:15 p.m., according to the PG&E website.

Police officials say most of the intersections in Newark are affected by the outage.
