Police Search for Suspect Who Shot Dead Man and Woman in San Jose

Police have not located the shooter, who is considered armed and dangerous.

Police are currently searching for a suspect who killed a man and woman early Monday morning. The victims were found shot dead in their San Jose home in an apparent double homicide, a police sergeant said.

Police do not have a suspect description and are combing the area for the shooter, who should be considered armed and dangerous, Sgt. Jason Dwyer said.

At about 4:20 a.m., police responded to reports of shots fired at a home in the 300 block of North Seventh Street near downtown, Dwyer said.

Arriving officers searched the home and found the two victims, he said. The case is being investigated as a double murder.

Investigators have cordoned off streets in the neighborhood, but expect to reopen them later this morning, Dwyer said.

Why would somebody shoot a dead person? (I think somebody needs to do some better proofreading at the Patch)

?????????????? directed at me? The title of the article says "Police Search for Suspect Who Shot Dead Man and Woman in San Jose" when it should say "Police Search for Suspect Who Shot Man and Woman Dead in San Jose". It sounds like the suspect shot at dead people.

Lol. That's what I thought when I read it too. I couldn't imagine why anyone would want to shoot dead people.

Maybe the title of the article is correct and we're wrong. The Zombie Apocalypse is coming....perhaps they were dead when they were shot?
