An 18-year-old man is recovering from gunshot wounds in his legs following a outside of a housing complex on Cedar Boulevard on Feb. 23, according to Newark Police. Neighbors identified the victim as Tommy Lucio. No arrests have been made in this case.

The arrest log shows officers responded to a shoplifting at Saturday that involved a child. Later, officers arrested a 24-year-old man in connection with a petty theft at .

Newark officers located a wanted parolee on the 37000 block of St. Christopher Street Tuesday night.
