I would love for the city and its leaders to take a more proactive approach to this increasing gang problem. Now we have drive-bys to contend with!? It's time to crack down on these gangs and their members and make this city a place where they are not welcome. There is a well respected daycare located on this street. What is it going to take to get some action in this city!?

The article didn't mention the fact that this drive by occurred on the same street, less than a block away from Snow Elementary School.
