Man Robbed at Gunpoint in Front of Home

An alleged robber pointed a gun at a man as he was backing up from his parking stall on Joaquin Murieta Ave.

Police are looking for a man after a man was robbed at gunpoint outside of his residence Friday evening.

The man was pulling out of his parking stall on the 6300 block of Joaquin Murieta Avenue when a man approached him and pointed a small, sliver gun at the victim just before 7 p.m., according to a statement.

The victim was robbed of his wallet, but no injuries were reported, police said.

The man is described as a Hispanic male in his early 20s who is 5-foot-6 to 5-foot 8 tall and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing an oversized white T-shirt and a green and yellow baseball cap.

There's always some A-Hole who doesn't belong hanging out in the Parking Lots on Joaquin Murieta. My favorite, are the Dumpster Divers (Meth Heads) who actually jump inside the over-sized Green Metal Dumpsters and look for Recyclables or anything else they can sell to earn another Rock. This Street is a Crime of Opportunity laden Treasure Trove full of Residents who mind their own Business and for the most part view any kind of Crime Prevention to be a "Police State" as Alcoholic Potheads usually do, because hey they can't ever be the problem! I Digress, the few and far between who actually give a damn are now the Minority. It's a sad state of affairs. Perhaps those Members of Law Enforcement whose numbers equal less than a Dozen on the entire block should be the ones to always be alert, after all they are Cops. Why help ourselves when someone else can do it for us? Joaquin Murieta already has enough issues with Police coming all the time for stupid chit, I fully expect this Trend to only rise during the remaining Months until our Ultimate Demise (Doomsday Sarcasm).

It sounds like a very frustrating neighborhood to live in.
