Newark's "Ghetto" Issue

Over the weekend I visited several different Newark Neighborhoods and can now understand why people in our Community have labeled our City as "Ghetto".

The primary reason as I witnessed first hand is the type of people who are observed walking in the areas visited.

They are sketchy at best, another description might be "Tore Up". 

Then there are the people who obviously have no reason to be in these neighborhoods and can be found leaning against buildings with their hoodies on hiding their faces with no other purpose than to exist.

nearby the flow of traffic forever continues and each passing Motorist doesn't give the people or the area a second glance, instead attempting to flee the area.

I observed some other stuff which I'll tackle in a Blog later on but needless to say, I now understand WHY people label our Community "Ghetto".
