Henneberry v. City of Newark

So here's the thing, would it not have been more fiscally responsible to allow Henneberry to spout off throughout this gathering, rather than placing Newark tax payers in a position where we have to pay tens and likely hundreds of thousands of dollars in litigation costs and maybe settlement cost, just so the city officials and the Chamber could have a nice, quiet meeting?  Just let the guy yell and what not and save us money please.
