Fire at The Old Southern Pacific Rail Yard.

Well for those of you who remember the old rail yard had treated raidroad posts, real bad diesel stains on over the property and you name it. I saw the black smoke in the air. Did the first responders evac the area downwind? How many people were watching the fire? Did PD & Fire wear masks and scba's? That site was a burning toxic waste site!
