Halloween festivities are in full swing in the Tri-Cities. Nowhere is that more apparent than atArdenwood Historic Farm, where families can enjoy a Halloween Train, a tour of a Victorian home and a pumpkin patch.

Perry Farms’ Pumpkin Patch is a family-owned, certified organic, vegetable farm. Families can pick their pumpkins and buy the accessories needed to decorate them. Tractor rides, a hay pyramid and scarecrows are also at the farm, which is open between 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the weekends through Oct. 31. The farm will close at 5 p.m. on Oct. 31.
HALLOWEEN TRAIN

Enjoy a “slightly frightful” horse-drawn train ride designed for children 12 and under. The train runs Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for children 3 to 12 years old. For more information and group reservations, call 866-417-7277.
PATTERSON HOUSE CANDELIGHT TOUR
While it’s not a haunted house, Ardenwood officials warn that the candlelight tour of the Patterson House might be a bit spooky. Families can explore the park’s Victorian home on Friday, Oct. 25 and Saturday, Oct. 27. Tours begin at 7 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $7 in advance or $8 at the door.
