Relay for Life of Newark will be kicking off the 2013 Relay event with karaoke, raffles, food and fun!

What is Relay? Relay For Life is a community based event that is held in Newark each summer. During the event teams are encouraged to come out, take turns walking the track, and camp out for 24 full hours, because cancer never sleeps. The day is filled with free entertainment, games, raffles, moving ceremonies and most importantly, your friends, families and the cancer survivors that make this all worth while!
All the proceeds from the event benefit the American Cancer Society and is put towards cancer research, education and services for those affected by this horrible disease.
