Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) Club meets every Thursday at
Holy Redeemer Lutheran Church in Newark.

TOPS Club, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that promotes successful, affordable weight management with a philosophy that combines: healthy eating, regular exercise, wellness information, awards and recognition and support from others at weekly chapter meetings.
