Seniors 65+ are eligible to receive a FREE senior Clipper® card. A BART Representative will be at the Center to accept senior Clipper® card applications and issue the FREE senior Clipper® card.
You must provide proof of eligibility by bringing in one of the following:
Birth Certificate, Driver’s License, Senior Identification card, Alien Registration, Permanent resident card, or Passport.
Clipper® is an all-in-one transit card that keeps track of any passes, discount tickets, ride books and cash value that you load onto it. You automatically receive the senior discount cash fare when you use the senior Clipper® card on AC Transit, BART, SF Muni, Caltrain, SamTrans, Santa Clara Valley Transit, Golden Gate Ferries and Buses and the San Francisco Bay Ferry.
