Week in Review: Newark Mourns Death of School Principal, The Class of 2011 Looks Ahead, Supporters Remain Hopeful of Finding Michelle Le

This week, the Newark community , principal of the MacGregor Alternative Education Center.

Family members of Culbertson, an Oregon native, notified the Newark Unified School District about his passing on Tuesday. Newark Patch plans to do another feature on the educator and musician this coming week.

Family and friends continue to search for , who was last seen in Hayward. Hayward police announced Monday that , the same day they searched the apartment of a Union City woman named a “person on interest” for the second time since Le's  disappearance. On Thursday, supporters of Le met for and remain hopeful they will find her.
