Week in Review: Newark Mourns Death of School Principal, The Class of 2011 Looks Ahead, Supporters Remain Hopeful of Finding Michelle Le

Graduation season was well under way in Newark this week, kicking off at . Throughout the week, seniors from shared their perspectives of the future and Newark Patch featured three Newark high school graduates: , and Janette Perez Jimenez. The high school graduation was held on Saturday.

Family and friends continue to search for , who was last seen in Hayward. Hayward police announced Monday that , the same day they searched the apartment of a Union City woman named a “person on interest” for the second time since Le's  disappearance. On Thursday, supporters of Le met for and remain hopeful they will find her.
