Partial Street Closures in Effect This Weekend
Lanes will be temporarily closed as part of the Holy Ghost Festa celebration.
Portions of Thornton Avenue and Cherry Street will be closed for a few hours this weekend to accommodate for the .
Northbound lanes of Cherry Street will be closed from about 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday between Plummer Avenue and Thornton Avenue. Portions of Plummer Avenue and Arden Street will be affected on Saturday, too.
Eastbound lanes of Thornton Avenue will be closed on July 24, between Cherry Street and St. Edwards Street from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to make way for the Holy Ghost Parade.

Alternate routes include using Cedar Boulevard, Sycamore Street, Jarvis Avenue and Central Avenue.
