Why Go: Egg hunts led by Mr. and Mrs. Bunny, a mini carnival, a Scholastic Book Fair, snack bar, games and raffle prizes.

3. 66TH ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT AND BONNET PARADE

Where/When: Kennedy Park in Hayward; Saturday, April 23, at 9 a.m.

Why Go: Your kids can wear handmade bonnets and compete for prizes in a parade led by the Easter Bunny himself. An egg hunt will follow!

Where/When: St. Anne's Episcopal Church in Fremont; Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m.

Why Go: Saturday evening is The Great Vigil of Easter service, and Sunday has music and an Easter egg hunt.
