The Fremont-based burger and BBQ vendor Grill Stars Curbside Cuisine has helped bring gourmet trucks to Newark and Union City.
From monster-sized nachos to succulent pulled pork sandwiches you can eat in one bite, Grill Stars Curbside Cuisine has made a name for itself in the gourmet food truck business.
Owners of the Fremont-based burger and BBQ vendor said they decided to get into the mobile food business to show people what they can bring to the table.
The menu includes burgers, tacos, nachos, fried pickles and Dusty Ball Sacks — fried dough with powdered sugar.

Grill Stars, in partnership with the Newark and Union City chambers of commerce, have brought food trucks known for serving unique, delicious food to the Tri-City area.
Their next visit to Newark will be during Newark's Summerfest from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on July 9 and 10. is held every other Friday through August at the .

Union City will begin its own Thursday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the parking lot of Wal-Mart, 30600 Dyer St., Union City
