AutoZone Store Now Open

Autozone is located at 35060 Newark Blvd.

Now you can get in the zone without leaving Newark. The newly constructed Autozone in Newark's Four Corners commercial district is officially open for business.

The 6,640 square-feet building stands at 35060 Newark Blvd., where the former , and is adjacent to a 4,360-square-foot building that will be divided into , developer Don Imwalle has said in previous interviews with Patch.

One of those tenants is said to be Starbucks, which will be a relocation of the located near Baskin Robbins in the Newark Marketplace Plaza, according to Community Development Director Terrence Grindall.

An employee with Autozone said the store hours are 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.

At best the other parts store down the street will be a shuttered eyesore for Newark. Thanks for nothing, Planning Commission.

The other parts store is a complete joke. I always go to Napa because the other place is so bad !!!!

Sure! ;) I gave it a Year for Closure, Three Months until it gets Robbed & 6 Weeks until someone does a Burnout in the front. There are however other Elemental Factors to take into account...Don't forget Gabera's will have Patrons in Altered States roaming through the Parking Lot, Panhandlers will attempt to setup in Front, let's not forget the person with the old Beat up Car who gets popped in front for having a Warrant! Auto Shops are fun!

...Come to Newark, the best place in the state for autoparts and tires. Just what I always wanted in a city that I wanted to live in. Yes sir, just what I wanted.
