Evergreen Newark Community Advisory Panel (ENCAP) Meeting

The Evergreen Newark Community Advisory Panel (ENCAP) has been established to promote open communication between the Evergreen Oil, Inc., Newark Plant and the surrounding community.


ENCAP meetings are held quarterly, the next meeting is scheduled Tuesday, September 25, 2012 from 6pm-8pm at the Silliman Center located at 6800 Mowry Ave. Newark, Ca 94560.
