If the three cities involved in the Tri-Cities area involved London, Uxbridge and Croydon, I would say that the door is the front door to the Prime Minister's residence at #10 Downing Street, which has often been called "the Outhouse to the White House" these days.

Looks like the shed at Dry Creek Cottage / Meyers' Estate. At Dry Creek Regional Park.

Heh. The three cities involved are Fremont, Newark and Union City. Good guess, Helen, but this one isn't at Dry Creek. Keep guessing.

One would find this door at The Vine in The Niles District of Fremont. It is part of the new stage in the patio.
