This is Snaps, Patch's "pet of the week" for Oct. 29.

He's a sweet and friendly, black-and-tan pomeranian mix who is ready for adoption at the Tri-City Animal Shelter, 1950 Stevenson Blvd. in Fremont.

The shelter's hours are Tuesdays through Fridays from noon to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
