I was out and about earlier this afternoon taking Pictures of Newark. Primarily looking for signs of Fall Foliage and while I was in the parking lot adjacent to the old Orchard Supply I spotted Suspicious Activity.
People going thru Trash Cans in search of Recycables isn't a big deal and is something I don't view as bad.
However, pretending to be collecting Recyclables for over 25 minutes from one Trash Can, meanwhile screwing around with a Public Phone and banging on it when you think no-one is looking is another Story.
Another red flag, When I busted out my Camera to Document the Activity the Female half of the Couple immediately left the area, toward Safeway, while the Male whose Hoodie was also on, began to walk around and act like nothing was happening.
I left the area, returning a bit later to find an Officer Confronting the Male obviously my Attention wasn't the only one he got.
